Terms of Service

Prices

• Prices on the site are starting prices. The final price depends on the job and is agreed with you before work begins.
• Materials are not included unless we agree otherwise. You can supply your own or we can buy them for you.
• If something unexpected comes up during the job that changes the price, we tell you and wait for your OK before continuing.

Scheduling

• The visit time is agreed by phone or message.
• If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as you can. We will do the same if we are delayed.
• Please make sure the work area is accessible and tell us about anything we should know (hidden pipes or wires, pets, parking).

Payment

Payment terms are agreed before the job starts.

Warranty

Our workmanship has a 1-year warranty from the date the job is finished. If something we installed or repaired fails because of how it was done, we come back and fix it at no charge.

The warranty does not cover materials or products you supplied (their manufacturer's warranty applies), damage from misuse or accidents, normal wear, or later changes made by others.

Insurance

We carry $2M liability insurance.
